I just came back from the doctors & I’ve been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s when you have trouble sleeping & you stop breathing at night. I never knew I had this. Ive always had trouble sleeping tho. This is a huge health risk too. It can cause heart attacks/failure & death… I really hope I get the surgery because I don’t wanna sleep with a oxygen mask on my face forever.
